Coming down heavily on the ruling party and its leaders, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Sunday said that while the country remains concerned over the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP leaders were trying to hide their failures.

“The entire nation is concerned over the current situation after terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. It’s not hidden from the people how BJP and the PM are trying to hide their failures under the garb of what is happening in J&K,” Mayawati said in Lucknow.

After the terrorists attacked a CRPF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama, BSP chief Mayawati had condemned and said, “Our party strongly condemns the Pulwama terror attack and offers deepest condolences to the families of the soldiers who lost their lives. We appeal to the central government to find a lasting solution to this problem.”
